Edikaikong Soup

Edikaikong soup also known as Vegetable soup is a wonderful Nigerian cuisine popular in the southeastern part of Nigeria as a native soup of the Efik and Ibibio people of Cross River state and Akwa Ibom state.
Edikaikong served with fish, kpomo and meat can be eaten with Eba, Pounded Yam, Semo, etc. or can be eaten as source with rice.
This wonderful soup leaves a wonderful taste in your mouth that makes you want more.
